After a long wait and alot of whinning from the mountains of North Carolina, the furniture arrived today. Marty was right on schedule and a very nice fellow.

I must say that if someone had told me that I would buy furniture made outside North Carolina or purchase furniture over the internet, I would have said “you are out of your mind”. The reality is that the furniture is beautiful and far beyond expectation. Each chair whether it’s the Morris or dining room chairs is very finely crafted and super comfortable. I am glad we made the extra investment in the quarter sawn oak and the leather. It makes me feel good to know that we still have such craftsmen like the Amish- hand making furniture in the USA.

Thank you very much for making our home complete. As you know, we have a heavy supply of arts and crafts style homes and furniture here in Asheville. I would measure the quality and beauty against any other manufacturer- period.

Yesterday I received a sleigh bed that I had ordered from you 11/18/2006. It is absolutely beautiful and just what I had been looking for. Very impressed with the craftsmanship, the finish, and the packing. I believe a tank could have run over the package with no damage to the bed.

We received our glider (future family heirloom) and we couldn’t be more pleased. The workmanship and style is just fantastic. Good job everybody who had anything to do with this project. Who ever packaged the glider also needs to be thanked because had they not done an excellent job packaging, our chair may have been damaged along the way, the box took some hits. I was a little nervous when it arrived, but after removing the carton I was totally impressed with the care they took to assure that this product was received in the same condition it left the shop.

My Royal Mission oak chairs just arrived at my husband’s woodshop — they are so gorgeous! All of the woodworkers have stopped working to admire them. They are so solid, so beautiful, so comfortable — you people don’t kid around when it comes to wood! The craftsmanship is remarkable. I was so nervous waiting for this order, since so many things you see online don’t arrive as nice as they looked on a website. But I was so wrong to worry.
